How to make an Application
Please download, print and complete all parts of the application form and send them to English Plus International Co. Ltd

We will send you confirmation of your place on the course as soon as we receive your form and the course fees or a deposit.

How to Pay for Your Course
You should make payments in Euros to English Plus International Co. Ltd.

50% deposit of the total fee (including accommodation, visa processing, airport transfers and any other applicable fee if any) should be paid to confirm booking.

You can pay either by credit card or by direct bank transfer from your bank to our bank.

If you want to pay by bank transfer, you must add 10 Euros for each transfer. If you want to pay by credit card, you must add 5% of the gross amount.

On receipt of your deposit we will send you an enrolment certificate, accommodation details if applicable, and an invoice.

Only places for which deposit has been received can be guaranteed.

DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME when you write to us or transfer money, you must make sure that your name is on the form in English.

Please send a copy of the transfer documents to us as soon as the transaction is arranged with your bank. This will help us to track the payment and will be considered as proof of payment.

If you do not send the full fees with your application, we must receive the balance of the fees two weeks before the course begins. You will only be allowed to attend classes when your fees have been paid in full or the Enrolment Administrator has agreed alternative payment arrangements with you.

Bank Charges
Please Note. If a bank makes a payment, it charges a fee (bank charge). The bank charges for a transfer paid into a Maltese bank from a foreign bank can be expensive. You will have to pay these charges in addition to fees that you pay to us. You will save money if you pay the complete fees when you apply because you will pay bank charges only once. If you pay a deposit and then send the rest of the fees later, you will have to pay bank charges twice.

Cancellation
After you have accepted a place on a course, we cannot normally repay your deposit. If you cannot attend a course you have paid for, we can repay your fees as follows:

3 weeks before course begins fees refunded (less 20%)

2 weeks before course begins 50% refunded or (if you want) transferred to next course

1 week before course begins no refund, but (if you want) we can transfer you to the next course

We cannot give you a refund if you arrive late or leave early or miss part of the course. Please arrange cancellation insurance before you leave home.

Medical and Personal Insurance
Visitors to Malta are given free accident and emergency treatment in hospital (from May 2004). However, all students, especially those from countries outside the European Union, should arrange personal insurance covering accidents or longer times in hospital. We strongly advise you to take out adequate insurance for medical costs, accidents, theft, cancellation fees etc. Make sure you have personal, cancellation and travel insurance for your stay in Malta. We cannot accept responsibility for these.

Liability
Our liability is no more than the money we have received from you. We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or misadventure you may suffer in the school, accommodation, or elsewhere.
